Will my plaque stand up to outdoor weather?
Yes. It is made from rust-free 1.6 mm outdoor engraving laminate, with permanent near-black engraving rather than printed lettering. A gentle wipe with a soft, damp cloth is usually all that is needed; avoid abrasive pads, metal polish and harsh cleaners.
How much wording can I include?
There is no single character limit because it depends on the plaque size, font and layout. The live preview keeps the wording inside the engraving-safe area, so you can see the result before ordering.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most plaques dispatch within 2–3 working days after checkout approval; please allow 5–7 working days at busy times. Priority production moves your plaque to the front of the workshop queue. Postage speed is unchanged.
Can I choose the fixing holes?
Yes. Select no holes, two holes or four holes to suit where the plaque will be fitted. Optional matching screws are also available when ordering.
What happens to my proof after I order?
The live preview is the artwork you review before secure payment. Once payment is confirmed, the workshop receives the production-safe proof and technical artwork needed to make your plaque.
