Production and dispatch

Most plaques dispatch within 2–3 working days after checkout approval. At busy times, please allow 5–7 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Priority production

Priority production is available for £8.99 and moves an approved plaque to the front of the workshop queue. It does not provide faster postage and is charged in addition to the delivery service shown at checkout.

Delivery after dispatch

The available delivery service, charge and estimated timing are shown before payment. Delivery time begins after dispatch. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed, but unless a different time has been agreed we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

Please check the delivery address carefully. If it needs changing, contact us immediately; we cannot redirect an order that has already been handed to the carrier.

Before you place an order

Please check spelling, names, dates, size, finish, fixing holes and the live proof carefully. The approved proof is the production layout for the wording you provide.

Delay, loss or damage

If your parcel is late, contact us with the order reference so we can investigate the tracking. If it arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send clear photographs where practical. We will arrange the remedy required by your statutory rights.
